Our services are available to tamariki, rangatahi and whānau who meet the eligibility criteria for each programme. If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, please get in touch and our team will help guide you.
No. Our services are provided free of charge to eligible tamariki, rangatahi and whānau.
You can complete our online referral form through our website or contact our team directly. We will guide you through the process and ensure your referral reaches the right service.
Yes. We welcome self referrals as well as referrals from whānau, schools, health providers, community organisations and other agencies.
Once we receive your referral, our team will review the information and contact you as soon as possible. We will discuss your needs and connect you with the most appropriate service or support.
Absolutely. You do not need to know which service is right for you before reaching out. Our team will listen to your situation and help determine the best pathway for you and your whānau.
Yes. We treat your personal information with care and confidentiality. Information is only shared where appropriate, with your consent, or where required by law to help keep tamariki safe.
No. Contacting us or accessing our services does not automatically involve Oranga Tamariki. Our focus is on working alongside tamariki and whānau to provide support that strengthens wellbeing and helps achieve positive outcomes.

Yes. A tamaiti or whānau can access more than one TTTO service at the same time, where appropriate, based on their individual needs and circumstances.

If you would like to raise a concern or make a complaint, you can speak directly with your kaimahi, contact our administration team by phone, or complete our Contact Us form and select Complaint under Feedback.
